Position Overview:
- We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Math/Physics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mathematics and physics, coupled with a strong understanding of their applications in aviation. This role entails delivering engaging lessons, fostering a supportive learning environment, and inspiring students to achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in mathematics and physics, tailored to aviation applications.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and integrate real-world aviation scenarios into lessons.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aviation, mathematics, and physics to inform teaching practices.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of aviation concepts and their mathematical/physical foundations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in a classroom setting.

- نحن نبحث عن مدرس رياضيات/فيزياء متحمس وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. المرشح المثالي سيكون لديه خلفية قوية في الرياضيات والفيزياء، إلى جانب فهم قوي لتطبيقاتها في مجال الطيران. يتضمن هذا الدور تقديم دروس جذابة، وتعزيز بيئة تعليمية داعمة، وإلهام الطلاب لتحقيق أهدافهم الأكاديمية والمهنية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتقديم خطط دراسية شاملة في الرياضيات والفيزياء، مصممة خصيصًا لتطبيقات الطيران.
- استخدام مجموعة متنوعة من أساليب التدريس لإشراك الطلاب واستيعاب أنماط التعلم المختلفة.
- تقييم وتقدير أداء الطلاب، وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة لتشجيع النمو والتحسين.
- التعاون مع الزملاء لتحسين المناهج الدراسية ودمج سيناريوهات الطيران الواقعية في الدروس.
- ابق على اطلاع بأحدث التطورات في مجال الطيران والرياضيات والفيزياء لإعلام ممارسات التدريس.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتطوير المهني، ومبادرات التواصل المجتمعي.
المؤهلات:
- – درجة الماجستير في الرياضيات أو الفيزياء أو التربية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة تدريس أو خبرة تدريسية ذات صلة.
- فهم قوي لمفاهيم الطيران وأسسها الرياضية/الفيزيائية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على إلهام وتحفيز الطلاب في بيئة الفصل الدراسي.
