- 3 to 5 Years experience in a food and beverage company in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
- Skilled in formulating and implementing comprehensive Cost and inventory control procedures and policies, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Proficient in multitasking, effectively prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with different departments.
- Experienced in conducting in-depth data analysis and producing insightful reports on Cost and inventory performance, using the findings to offer data-driven recommendations for streamlining Cost & inventory management processes and minimizing operational expenses.
- F&B background is a must.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Barista trainer. (Technical training)
- Knowledgeable in food and beverage development, food safety and storage.
- Understand basic calculations for food costing.
- Understand market trends in the F&B industry.
- Strong in research, presentation, and reporting skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Energetic, creative and self-starter.
- Flexible.
