We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Kuwait. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting talent for our oil, gas, and construction engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of recruitment experience in this sector and will work closely with the Project Manager and General Manager to fulfill staffing needs.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and General Manager to understand specific recruitment needs for oil, gas, and construction engineering projects.
- Source and identify suitable candidates for various roles based on project demands.
- Collect, verify, and maintain candidates’ documents and credentials.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the technical team.
- Negotiate salaries and manage offer letter approvals.
- Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
- Handle visa processing and other onboarding requirements.
- Use Excel to maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports.
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the oil, gas, or construction engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Proficiency in Excel for record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and senior management.
- Experience with visa processes and onboarding in the construction or engineering industries is a plus.
