- Prepare and control the financial performance of the workshop and parts sales including setting budgets.
- Create, analyze and evaluate total parts and workshop statistics periodically.
- Supervise, direct, evaluate and train workshop technicians in a manner that maximizes workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
