Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-House Counsel at BuKhamseen Holding located in Kuwait City. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in legal research, contract drafting, and dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
- Experience in legal advisory and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in the finance or real estate industry is a plus.
- Law degree from a reputable institution.
