We are looking for a Service Advisor to be the main contact for our customers. You will ensure their service and maintenance needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate is ready to join immediately and having a transferable Residency

Customer Interaction: Greet customers and provide service information.

Scheduling: Set up and manage service appointments.

Estimates: Prepare and explain service estimates.

Parts Ordering: Help order necessary parts and supplies.

Follow-up: Check in with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Keep accurate service records.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any customer issues.

Experience: 3+ years as a service advisor, preferably in the marine field.

Skills: Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of marine vessels and maintenance.

Availability: Ready to join immediately and can transfer residency.
