We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Operations Manager to join our team in the automotive industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our division, driving excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the division, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Proven experience in operations management within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
