– Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
– Proficiency in MS Excel / Oracle System / MenaMe System
– Proven experience managing payroll for large groups.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
