• 10+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Detailed-oriented with a focus on results and achieving personal and team objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management activities for website redesign and feature rollouts.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Drive change towards Agile methodologies, including the adoption of sprints where applicable.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments to the team’s progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Passionately document project details, progress, and decisions in a transparent and accessible manner.
• Ensure project documentation is visible and easily understandable by all stakeholders.
