Requirements and skills
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

- Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field required
- +5 years of experience in the same role.
- High Communication skills
- Follows directions and procedures.
- Focuses on results and achieving personal work objectives. Works best when work is related closely to results and the impact of personal efforts is obvious.
- Outstanding Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- SAP knowledge background

- Willing to relocate to Kuwait.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Detailed-oriented with a focus on results and achieving personal and team objectives
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Background knowledge of SAP system.
- Strong background in product management, sourcing, and inventory control.
- Proven track record in negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to strategically plan for category growth and sales optimization.
- Familiarity with market trends in tools and hardware.
- Experience in driving sales and profitability within the tools and hardware sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
