The Sales Representatives are a key link between pharmaceutical department and medical and healthcare professionals/markets; he will work strategically to increase the sales and awareness of the product knowledge use of a company’s pharmaceutical and medical products in settings such as general practices, primary care trusts, medical care clinics and hospitals.

  • To cover all target customer and market segment related to the company product portfolio.
  • To follow up the end-user feedback concerning the company products.
  • Responsible in monitoring stock liquidation at customer stores.
  • To follow up company inquiry submitted to the customers, with coordination with the Sales Manager or Sales & Key Accounts Manager.
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts, which may involve database management.
  • Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products services.
  • Sales Representatives can spend much of their time traveling to and visiting with prospective customers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field of sales representative and ideally with experience in pharmaceutical sales services medical devices
  • Bilingual – English/Arabic / Spoken & Written
  • Kuwait driving license is a must(issued before 2014)
  • Bachelor degree
  • transferrable residency article 18
