We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Receptionist (Chinese Speaker) to join our dynamic Front Office team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Assist guests with reservations, room allocations, and payment processing.
• Serve as a key contact for Chinese-speaking guests, providing translation and communication support where needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide information to guests.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, etc.) to meet guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English.
• Prior experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
