Summary
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking a creative, resourceful, and dedicated professional to lead, motivate, and manage the facility operations at the largest conference and convention hotel and residences in Kuwait. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Engineering Department, supporting all functional areas while maintaining the optimal condition of equipment, buildings, and hotel grounds. This role requires technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel, demonstrating a strong technical background (minimum 2 years of experience required)
- Proven track record in luxury hotel operations
- Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for customer service
- Inspirational and caring leadership style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong passion for training and hands-on operational involvement
