About the Job
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Fully comprehend the requirements and ensure that deliveries align with the specified requirements.
- Possess a strong grasp of the Odoo framework.
- Establish proper processes to ensure accurate delivery, documentation, and understanding of Odoo developments.
- Familiarity with Software Quality Assurance and conducting end-to-end testing of integrated systems and API-based integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
- Create a robust QA framework for Odoo development, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate actively with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, particularly in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness.
- Draft acceptance criteria for software development requirements.
- Ability to explain technologies and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide training to client service executives/managers to facilitate end-user understanding.
- Deliver high-quality support and maintain clear communication with all clients.
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge of Odoo and pursue relevant certifications.
- Thorough understanding of newer versions and awareness of version-specific functional differences.
- Adhere to assigned deadlines while following internal processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and, optionally, Arabic languages.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills.
- Exhibit active listening, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- فهم كامل للمتطلبات والتأكد من توافق التسليمات مع المتطلبات المحددة.
- إتقان قوي لإطار عمل أودو (Odoo).
- إنشاء عمليات مناسبة لضمان التسليم الدقيق، والتوثيق، وفهم تطويرات أودو.
- الإلمام بضمان جودة البرمجيات وإجراء اختبارات شاملة للأنظمة المتكاملة وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (API) المتكاملة مع أنظمة ERP/CRM.
- إنشاء إطار عمل قوي لضمان الجودة لأنشطة تطوير، ونشر، وتنفيذ أودو.
- التعاون النشط مع مديري المشاريع، والمطورين، وأصحاب المصلحة في الأعمال لتوضيح المتطلبات، خاصة من حيث قابلية الاختبار، والتناسق، والشمولية.
- صياغة معايير القبول لمتطلبات تطوير البرمجيات.
- القدرة على شرح التقنيات والحلول لكلا من أصحاب المصلحة الفنيين وغير الفنيين.
- تقديم التدريب للمديرين التنفيذيين/مديري خدمة العملاء لتسهيل فهم المستخدم النهائي.
- تقديم دعم عالي الجودة والحفاظ على تواصل واضح مع جميع العملاء.
- تعزيز المعرفة الشخصية باستمرار حول أودو والسعي للحصول على الشهادات ذات الصلة.
- فهم شامل للإصدارات الأحدث والوعي بالاختلافات الوظيفية المحددة للإصدارات.
