• Oversee the operational performance of the Supply Support Activity in accordance with Army Regulations 710-2 and AR 735-5.
• Utilize a Common Access Card (CAC) to perform inputs into the GCSS-Army database system.
• Supervise the input of data by other SSA staff in the GCSS-Army system to manage transactions involving over 200,000 separate items.
• Conduct 10% cyclic inventories; record and verify quantities of items, and advise the Warehouse Supervisor on AFTL stock shortages for reorder and causative research.
• Review ongoing work to ensure accurate results, assessing both the quality and quantity produced by employees.
• Manage approximately 252,000 square feet of warehouse storage space and ensure all items PGI into the warehouse inventory.

Aircraft Mechanic III – KC-130J Program – Kuwait City, Kuwait Essential Functions

• Apply and provide thorough working knowledge of airframes and power plant systems, including modification procedures, airframe, hydraulic, engine, and propeller systems.
• Experience with system integration, failure analysis, inspection, repair, and testing of KC-130J equipment.
• Perform maintenance and serviceability procedures, including work on landing gear, flight control systems, hydraulics, engine, and propeller components, including removal, inspection, and reinstallation.
• Follow applicable technical directives and bulletins.

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Technician Responsibilities
This position description is subject to change as needed. The CCTV Technician will:

• Provide new CCTV system design, installation, and programming services for the Area Support Group Kuwait (ASG-KU).
• Maintain installed CCTV systems for ASG-KU and assigned facilities.
• Operate, maintain, and install communication systems, including both outside and inside plant (OSP and ISP).
• Install conduits, cables (such as CAT 6, HDMI, VGA), and Panduit to a professional level.

Electrician Journeyman Responsibilities
This position is subject to change as needed. The Electrician Journeyman will:

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, operate, and maintain electrical systems, components, and electrical power distribution and generating equipment.
• Maintain and operate telecommunications equipment, ensuring the facility’s electrical distribution system is in good repair.

Unified Communications & Collaboration Engineer (Senior) Responsibilities
This position is subject to change as needed. The Unified Communications & Collaboration Engineer will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and architect collaboration solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Implement Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, UCCX, Cisco Webex, and other collaboration products, configuring, deploying, and integrating these solutions.

Installation Access Supervisor Responsibilities
This position is subject to change as needed. The Installation Access Supervisor will:

• Manage daily office operations and scheduling of personnel, reporting to the IA Assistant Manager.
• Ensure proper coverage for all shifts and review all installation access applications in accordance with ASG Kuwait policy.
• Record data and update relative databases and reports, and prepare schedules to ensure coverage.

Driver Training Instructor Responsibilities
This position is subject to change as needed. The Driver Training Instructor will:

• Process requests for initial and/or updated Operator Permits and motor vehicle qualifications.
• Ensure all necessary forms and records are completed in accordance with AR 600-55.

Contracts Administrator Responsibilities
This position is subject to change as needed. The Contracts Administrator will:

• Provide pre- and post-award administration for various contracts, including CPAF, FFP, FPAF, and others.
• Data entry of contractual information into financial systems, shared areas, and SharePoint sites.
• Assist in maintaining electronic files for contractual documents and prepare departmental reports.

Printer Repair Technician Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a valid Secret Clearance.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

HVAC Technician Major Responsibilities
The HVAC Technician will:

• Perform operational checks and maintenance on all central HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Ensure a minimum of 85% of units are operational during warm status, and 75% of units are operational in individual buildings.

Power Generation – Aircraft Arresting System Technician Other Requirements

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, occasionally supporting events in extreme conditions.
• Must comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations and be prepared to function in a wartime environment.

Desk Operation Supervisor Responsibilities
The Desk Operation Supervisor will:

• Supervise the Desk Operations Coordinator in processing incidents and offenses, monitoring fire alarms, and intrusion detection systems.
• Coordinate responses for fire, EMS, and law enforcement upon alarm activation.

Telecommunication Technician Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree or equivalent preferred.
• BICSI or Fiber Certification is preferred, along with customer service training.

Watch Officer Responsibilities
The Watch Officer will:

• Monitor and maintain situational awareness of all network and system entities.
• Serve as the focal point for reporting incidents, disruptions, or potential service quality issues.

Hazardous Waste Supervisor Responsibilities
This position is subject to change as needed. The Hazardous Waste Supervisor will:

• Support and assist in the development of SOPs and waste management plans.
• Supervise the collection, storage, and management of hazardous materials and ensure the workplace is safe and compliant with regulations.

Arms Room Custodian Responsibilities
The Arms Room Custodian will:

• Maintain inventory and security of all weapons and sensitive items.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and accountability of sensitive materials within the armory.

Fire Alarm Lead Responsibilities
The Fire Alarm Lead will:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of fire detection and suppression systems.
• Perform inspections and maintenance in accordance with relevant codes and guidelines.

Technical Inspector (Maintenance) Responsibilities
The Technical Inspector will:

• Troubleshoot, validate repair actions, and perform inspections and road tests on components.
• Monitor the applicability and timeliness of maintenance technical data.
