  • Maintain filing of monthly journal vouchers, analysis.
  • Month end closing reports, invoices, bi-weekly and CDRL reporting.
  • Input recurring and non-recurring monthly journal.
  • Enters and proof journal entries in AS400 system in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Prepare supporting documentation for Labor & CAP/CAS for invoices to the USG on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with insuring Cost Accounting Standards and Sarbanes-Oxley Act guidelines are adhered to.
  • Maintain and track montly analysis and reconciliations .

Skills:

  • Must have knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
  • Familiar with the use of Military electronic or paper version of technical manuals.
  • Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interprets blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, reports, technical publications, and documents.
  • The ability to troubleshoot, determining causes of operating errors and deciding on the proper course(s) of action.
  • Must have excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in English.
  • Ability to work in a diverse workforce.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience:
  • Three to Five years of accounting related experience. General knowledge of US GAAP. Knowledge of cost accounting principles a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Provides pre and post award administration of a variety of contracts, including CPAF, FFP, FPAF, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA and BOAs, etc.

2. Provides data entry of contractual information into financial databases and/or systems, shared areas, and SharePoint sites

3. Also establishes, organizes, and assists in the maintenance of electronic files for contractual documents

4. Retrieves data from systems to prepare and organize departmental reports and summaries and processes and retains requests for re-delegation of authority memorandums

5. Assists with and monitors status of departmental data calls

6. Performs external customer liaison activities to include attendance at customer meetings, correspondence both verbal and written with customer personnel, and leading meetings with internal and external customers

Skills:

  • Possesses thorough knowledge of GCSS-Army.
  • Must be familiar with Tactical Equipment or also Commercial Equipment.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and Class IX Supply operations.
  • Must have effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work with people of diverse background.
  • Must be knowledgeable of/possesses the ability to identify the military rank structure.
  • Must have expert knowledge of Technical and Commercial manuals for Servicing, Operational and Repair so that the correct procedures are used on the proper equipment.
  • Possesses ability to perform root cause analysis and prepare Corrective Actions Plans.
  • Must have full knowledge of management and usage of TMDE.

Skills

  • Proficiency in testing frameworks and writing tests
  • Proficiency in common development tools, such as Git and DevOps
  • Must have the ability to read, write and communicate orally in English with a high level of proficiency
  • Must possess a proficient level of computer skills in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • 3-5 years’ experience developing and maintaining web servers in a Microsoft Environment Servers and SharePoint
  • 1-3 years development experience with VB, Java, .NET or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Enterprise tools, and third-party software utilities for hardware systems within operational guidelines.
  • Coordinate and implement patch management, monthly Windows update deployments process to Servers and Workstations, Analyze SCCM log files, application packaging, and distribution, operating system deployment (OSD), custom reporting using SQL and creating WQL queries. Create desktop and server images utilizing technologies such as MDT.
  • Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
  • Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot servers and infrastructure equipment, assess networking requirements and provide solutions, and make accurate and independent decisions under pressure.
  • Experience with a customer service oriented company.

Skills:

  • Must have familiarity with general office procedures, organizing material, and good housekeeping principles.
  • Must have good working knowledge of the Army and/or contractor property accountability policies and procedures.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications is required.
  • High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately is required.
  • Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or complaints both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to effectively articulate information to management.

Skills:

  • Must possess a professional demeanor; work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and other supervisory levels of military and civilian management; customer service training; 
  • Must have the ability to exercise discretion and good judgment; collaborative work style that will foster cooperation and teamwork;
