About the Job:

As the Finance Manager, you will oversee all accounting and finance functions for a portfolio of programs. Reporting to the Finance Portfolio Manager, you will ensure cost-effective management control and provide accurate financial services and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all financial areas, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across Kuwait and Europe.
• Ensure timely and compliant financial reporting in line with standards and company requirements.
• Develop strategic business plans and forecasts, monitoring actual vs. budget/forecast.
• Review financial procedures for compliance with GAAP, FAR, CAS, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Interface with internal and external auditors and consult with management on financial activities.
• Implement financial controls, conduct financial reviews, and develop performance metrics.

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على جميع المجالات المالية، بما في ذلك المحاسبة، التقارير المالية، الميزانية، التوقعات، وإدارة التدفقات النقدية عبر الكويت وأوروبا.
• ضمان إعداد التقارير المالية في الوقت المناسب وبما يتوافق مع المعايير ومتطلبات الشركة.
• تطوير خطط الأعمال الاستراتيجية والتوقعات، ومراقبة الفعلي مقابل الميزانية/التوقعات.
• مراجعة الإجراءات المالية لضمان الامتثال لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عمومًا (GAAP) واللوائح الفيدرالية.
• التعامل مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين والتشاور مع الإدارة حول الأنشطة المالية.
• تنفيذ الضوابط المالية، وإجراء مراجعات مالية، وتطوير مقاييس الأداء.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Experience: 7 years in accounting and finance, with previous management experience preferred.
• Additional: Experience with DoD or federal contracts required.

المؤهلات:

• التعليم: درجة البكاليوس في المحاسبة أو المالية؛ يفضل الحصول على MBA و/أو CPA.
• الخبرة: 7 سنوات في المحاسبة والمالية، مع تفضيل الخبرة السابقة في الإدارة.
