You will:

• Lead cross-functional development of custom LLMs with diverse stakeholders (Engineering + Ops + Go-to-Market)
• Consistently read AI/ML research papers to keep up-to-date on the best approaches for customizing / training LLMs
• Lead fine-tuning (post-training) data production pipelines to improve the custom LLM solutions as needed
• Lead the continuous evaluation of custom LLMs

You will:

• Work on cross-functional development of custom LLMs with diverse stakeholders (Engineering + Ops + Go-to-Market)
• Consistently read AI/ML research papers to keep up-to-date on the best approaches for customizing / training LLMs
• Work on fine-tuning (post-training) data production pipelines to improve the custom LLM solutions as needed

• 3+ years in product design post-graduation.
• Willing and able to travel to client sites in the Middle East for one to two weeks each month.
• Has a portfolio demonstrating at least one software interface design project.
• Excellent communication skills to work directly with customers.
• Experience managing the entire design lifecycle, from ideation to shipping and iteration.

You will:

• Lead cross-functional development of custom LLMs with diverse stakeholders (Engineering + Ops + Go-to-Market)
• Scope out new use cases across various government entities
• Lead bootcamps to build quick MVP solutions for an entity and progress the use case quickly
• Consistently read AI/ML research papers to keep up-to-date on the best approaches for customizing / training LLMs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong engineering background: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field or equivalent strong engineering background
• 1+ years of engineering experience, post-graduation
• Proficiencies in one or more of Python, Node, React, Next.js and MongoDB
• Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming
• Excitement to work with AI technologies
• Ability and interest in traveling to the client site in the Middle East region two weeks each month

You will:

• Work closely with Scale’s Managing Director, the Head of Growth, Head of EMEA and GM of International Public Sector on the overall revenue strategy across EMEA Public Sector
• Be responsible for mapping AI use cases to platform and consumption revenue across public sector accounts
• Be responsible for demonstrating value and impact associated with each Public Sector use case 

Ideally you’d have:

• 4-9 years of total work experience, with experience in consulting or as a technical program management role in industry 
• Associate / Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager role at a Big 3 Consulting Firm
• A proven track record in B2B client facing roles and expanding client relationships
• Ability to understand APIs and the ML training lifecycle and build great relationships with technical customers
• Great cross-functional experience and collaborative ability
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• A track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving
