- Assist clients in driving growth by accessing new and unmet revenue pools.
- Developing and testing alternative operating model, identifying, quantifying and prioritizing efficiency opportunities.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ specialized experience in strategy consulting
- Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent (CIA, CA, ACСА, СРА, СМA). Certification in Risk Management would be an added advantage.
- Must have 4-5 years of professional internal audit experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Senior auditor capacity, able to independently plan and execute internal audits.
- Understanding of Arabic language is an added advantage
Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent (CIA, CA, ACCА, СРА, СМА), preferably with a certification in Risk Management.
Must have 6-8 years of professional internal audit experience with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity, able to independently plan and execute internal audits as well as oversee the work of more junior members of the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting International professional qualifications: CA; ACCA; ACА; СРА or equivalent
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Audit.
Experience in Auditing Telcommunication Clients.
Big 4 experience is a must.
Arabic language is a plus
- Identify businesses to be acquired or assets to be sold and find the buyers or sellers.
- Advise on transaction terms and pricing and on structuring of the transaction.
- Advise on financing strategy, sources and assist in approaching and negotiating with financiers.
- Advise on IPOs, FPOs and other capital management initiatives.
- Plan and execute M&A and valuation enagements
- Degree with accounting major with -СА, АССА, CPA, or equivalent is a must.
- Practical knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
- At least 6-7 years of professional experience in external audit.
- Experience in Auditing Telcommunication clients
- Minimum 8 years of experience within related disciplines with at least 5+ years of Sustainability advisory, assurance and/ or verification experience.
- Relevant experience working inside a company or as an external consultant on ESG/ sustainability projects.
- Experience in establishing sustainability development strategies and reporting/ advisory.
- Graudate with CISA & CISSP certification.
- Other certifications such as CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 & ISO 23301 or similar certifications, will be valued.
- Between 4-5 years of relevant consulting / auditing experience.
- Good Understanding of IT standards such as ISO 27001, SWIFT CSF, PCI DSS, etc.
