Sourcing Specialist – Secondary and Non-Ferrous Raw Materials (m/f/d)
Your Activities Will Include
- Executing tactical sourcing activities, including contracting with suppliers.
- Developing, executing, and monitoring sourcing strategies to secure materials.
- Ensuring a continuous and sustainable long-term supply.
- Building and maintaining strong, professional business relationships.
- Identifying potential suppliers and alternative raw materials.
- Managing the sale of waste materials from facilities in Germany and Belgium.
- Coordinating, collecting, and consolidating market insights.
- Conducting activities in line with procurement process management standards.
Your Profile
- Relevant university degree, equivalent qualification, or substantial experience in a commercial function or purchasing in an international environment.
- Strong financial and cultural awareness to support professional interactions.
- Experience with quality and management systems is required.
- Personal qualities include strong negotiation skills, customer focus, initiative, organized planning, and high integrity.
- Technical background and familiarity with metal markets is a plus.
- Excellent command of English is required; knowledge of both French and German is advantageous.
