Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative at Fragrance KW in Kuwait City. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills to assess customer needs, effective communication with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service daily.
Qualifications
- Customer satisfaction, customer support, and customer service skills
- Analytical skills for assessing customer needs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in retail or customer service roles is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
