Requirements
- Performed as a Lead Product Manager for at least 2 years in a fast pace environment (ideally scale up/start-up)
- Understand frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms
- Previously acted as a Product Manager for a minimum 7 years
- Be willing and able to be hands on when needed
- Strong understanding of Product, Design and Leadership
- Preferably based in EMEA

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documentation, checking quality and accuracy of provided documents
- Communicating with clients/employees via emails or calls and providing immigration support at all stages of the visa application process
- Providing a high level service to customers and internal teams, prioritizing work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
- Communication management between various internal and external stakeholders
- Engaging with internal stakeholders like Sales and and Product to feedback and identify opportunities to improve client experience
- Dealing directly with clients and high-priority cases in a timely and proactive manner
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure company wide ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 compliance
- Carrying out safety inspections and control of implementation.
- Carrying out prevention plans.
- Risk assessments and preventive planning.
- Coordination on preventive design of workplaces, identification and assessment of risks, prevention plans and training plans for workers.
- Application and supervision of compliance of the applicable international Health and Safety regulations.
- Training in occupational risk prevention specific to the sector.
- Management of of coordination of business activities and health surveillance
- Management of emergency and first aid measures.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Set-up – work with our onboarding team, clients to organize and run kick off meetings, and deliver our implementation. Create, maintain and manage project plans to deliver the successful roll-out of Global Payroll across numerous countries.
Client and Project Management – Support project review calls (internal and external), coordinating and delivering on the project streams. Refer and manage any changes to the scope of work and delivery schedule. The Implementation Project Manager will need to be able to work independently and manage several projects at the same time.
Payroll Process Requirements – Define and set-up the agreed client payroll processes, establishing all of the payroll and data requirements. Ensure each client payroll calendar is managed timely and effectively.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a product operational role closely aligned with product and engineering teams.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their use cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when necessary, build strong relationships, and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in handling complex and/or technical customer escalations, preferably in a Tech or FinTech start-up environment. The level and title of the position will be determined based on the years of experience.
- Prior experience in BPO, Call Centres, or Customer Facing Teams will be considered a valuable addition.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, JIRA, Zendesk, and Excel, or similar applications.
- Proven ability to explain complex issues in a manner that is understandable and customer-friendly.
