Table of Contents
Bachelor of Business Administration or a relevant field.
HR professional certification (PHR, PHRI, SPHRI, etc.) is preferred.
2+ years previous experience in the OD function.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Fluent in English language.
