- Coordinate specified tasks within the environmental engineering discipline.
- Ensure progress and quality of assigned tasks, supervising engineers and graduates.
- Ensure all work conforms with codes and practices, meets contract specifications, and adheres to schedules and budgets.
- Provide innovative solutions for operating problems in oil, gas, and petrochemical operations.
- Manage and execute engineering tasks within a specific environmental discipline.
- Assist project engineers in preparing contract documents, including design criteria and scope of work.
- Liaise with other engineers to ensure timely deliverables.
- Manage environment-oriented projects as assigned.
- Develop and improve company standards and design methods.
- Engage in technical writing, including reports and operating manuals.
- Train and mentor new engineering graduates for professional development.
- Uphold quality assurance within the Oil and Gas Business Unit.
- Ensure personal safety and compliance with OH&S procedures.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong teamwork skills.
- A subject matter expert capable of explaining complex processes clearly.
- Committed to maintaining the integrity of the work scope and applicable codes.
- Experienced in mentoring junior staff and developing training programs.
- Engineering degree in Environment or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent diploma.
- Experience in PMC projects within relevant industries.
- Proficiency with advanced engineering tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse cultures.
- Knowledge of process engineering throughout the project lifecycle in Oil & Gas.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Effective time management and planning skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Willing to engage with clients as needed.

- تنسيق المهام المحددة ضمن تخصص الهندسة البيئية.

- إدارة وتنفيذ المهام الهندسية ضمن تخصص بيئي محدد.
- مساعدة المهندسين في إعداد وثائق العقد، بما في ذلك معايير التصميم ونطاق العمل.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين الآخرين لضمان تسليم المواد في الوقت المحدد.
- إدارة المشاريع الموجهة نحو البيئة كما هو مقرر.
- تطوير وتحسين معايير الشركة وطرق تصميم البيئة.
- الانخراط في الكتابة التقنية، بما في ذلك التقارير والأدلة التشغيلية.
- تدريب وتوجيه الخريجين الجدد في الهندسة لتحقيق تطور مهني.
- ضمان الجودة ضمن وحدة أعمال النفط والغاز.
- الالتزام بالسلامة الشخصية واتباع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.

- شهادة هندسية في البيئة أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو دبلوم معادل.
- خبرة في مشاريع PMC ضمن الصناعات ذات الصلة.
- مهارات متقدمة في أدوات الهندسة والبرامج المكتبية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التفاعل مع ثقافات متنوعة.
- معرفة شاملة بمتطلبات هندسة العمليات طوال دورة حياة المشروع في النفط والغاز.
