  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Operations Management OR 10 – 15 or more years’ experience with at least 5 years as an asset supply chain manager
  • 10+ years’ work experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement or related field with 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Recent practical area or regional asset supply chain management experience; preferably international for a minimum of 10 years
  • Outstanding cross-functional leadership and communication skills; willing to challenge the status quo and make difficult decisions, communicating effectively with senior management of all business units.
  • Collaborative facilitator.
  • Ability to build credibility, get buy-in and commitment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Substantial completion of a recognized program in SCM or purchasing
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and effectively handle details.
  • Excellent ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong supply chain background with the ability to interact with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written forms.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware configurations and operating systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to solve different types of challenges.
