- Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
- Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.
- Responsible for troubleshooting maintenance work activities for all production machines: WTU,
- Mixing, Processing, Filling, Labelling and Packing.
- Performs all mechanical activities and carries out all maintenance activities during
- unit shutdown assuring that are being completed at minimum time with minimum cost.
- Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand
- tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Reporting to supervisor for any abnormality in the workflow.
- Optimizes maximum resources available to reduce maintenance cost.
- Able to understand written and spoken English or Arabic
- Minimum 3‐5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within manufacturing / production
- background. Familiar with Sidel, Krones, Tetra Pak, KOSME, SIAPI and BARDI machines operation
- and maintenance
- College or Vocational Diploma with Mechanical Technology specialization. Bachelor’s degree
- holders preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
