Are you an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Kuwait? We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

Position: Receptionist

Location: Kuwait

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
3. Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees, providing accurate information or redirecting them as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
5. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the company’s calendar.
6. Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries.
7. Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
8. Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role for at least 2 years.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
3. Strong interpersonal abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
4. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Garageplug).
6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact 
8. and poise.

الخبرة: سنتان على الأقل في دور مشابه

المسؤوليات:

1. استقبال الزوار والترحيب بهم بطريقة ودية ومهنية.
2. الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية الواردة وتحويلها إلى الأقسام أو الأفراد المعنيين.
3. التعامل مع الاستفسارات من العملاء، الزبائن، والموظفين، وتوفير المعلومات الدقيقة أو إعادة توجيههم حسب الحاجة.
4. الحفاظ على منطقة الاستقبال نظيفة ومنظمة لضمان تقديم صورة إيجابية عن الشركة.
5. المساعدة في جدولة المواعيد وإدارة تقويم الشركة.
6. استلام وفرز البريد والطرود والتسليمات.
7. إدارة مستلزمات المكتب وطلبها عند الحاجة.
8. المساعدة في المهام الإدارية الأساسية مثل إدخال البيانات والأرشفة.
9. التعاون مع الزملاء لضمان سير العمل في المكتب بشكل سلس.

المتطلبات:

1. خبرة مثبتة كموظف استقبال أو في دور إداري مشابه لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين.
2. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفوي والكتابي بالإنجليزية (معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
3. مهارات تواصل شخصية قوية وطابع ودود وسهل الاقتراب.
4. القدرة على تعدد المهام والتعامل مع المسؤوليات المختلفة في الوقت نفسه.
5. إجادة استخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook، Garageplug).
6. مهارات تنظيم استثنائية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
7. القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء تحت الضغط والتعامل مع المواقف الصعبة بحذر ولباقة.
