About Nutrition Division:
Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, helping babies and children grow and keeping adult bodies strong and active. Core Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets within the allocated budget and manpower.
- Provide direction to facilitate the goal-setting process in alignment with Corporate and Marketing Departments.
- Set goals for each supervisor with frequent performance monitoring; follow up on sales administration, monitor progress, measure results, reward incentive payments, and conduct appraisals.
- Select and interview new recruits for the sales team and provide in-field coaching to facilitate succession planning.
- Control and monitor the implementation of sales strategies and tactics, providing feedback and market intelligence to the Marketing Department.
- Enhance contacts with key accounts, identifying opportunities for corporate marketing and cultivating them as appropriate.
- Follow up with different outlets/key accounts while monitoring sales and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, serving as a role model to all employees by demonstrating full support of Abbott’s occupational health, safety, and environmental programs.
Education/Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or General Science.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trade management role, with at least 3 years of overall achievement rated as “Achieve Expectations” or above.
- Strong coaching and leadership profile.
- Organization and industry intelligence.
- Strong selling skills base.
- Analytical skills and expertise in territorial planning techniques.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Good command of the English language.

- متابعة المبيعات والمخزونات في المتاجر المختلفة/الحسابات الرئيسية.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة والعمل كنموذج يحتذى به لجميع الموظفين من خلال إظهار الدعم الكامل لبرامج الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في أبوت.
التعليم / المؤهلات / الخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة أو العلوم العامة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور إدارة التجارة، مع تحقيق “توقعات الإنجاز” أو أعلى لمدة 3 سنوات.
- ملف شخصي قوي في التدريب والقيادة.
- الذكاء التنظيمي والصناعي.
- قاعدة قوية من مهارات البيع.
- مهارات تحليلية وتقنيات تخطيط الأراضي.
- مهارات كمبيوتر ضرورية.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.
