In 1976, Kirby was the first to pioneer PEB technology in the Middle East, moving into India in 1999. Kirby has a total of 7 manufacturing facilities located in West Shuaiba Industrial Area (KUWAIT), Ras-Al-Khaimah (UAE), Ho Chi Minh (VIETNAM), Haridwar – Hyderabad – Gujarat (INDIA) and Jeddah (KSA) with a total annual capacity of approximately 515,000 MT, supported by over 5,000+ employees.
The company operates through 70 sales offices located across six geographical regions, including the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the rest of Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Eastern Europe and South East Asia. Globally, Kirby has more than 300 certified builders for the installation of steel buildings. Kirby has manufactured more than 65,000 buildings across the globe, including the world’s single largest PEB building, the Renault Nissan factory in India.

- Ensure every project requirements are strictly followed by shop.
- Follow the job ITP / QP requirements.
- Establish new procedures, new methods where needed and get approval.
- Suggest (or) Develop new and better fixtures.
- Thorough knowledge of engineering structural drawing, Erection drawing produced on Auto cad, BOCAD.
- To perform inspection wherever needed or as directed by the supervisor, inclusive of subcontract.
- Capable of reporting, issuing & closing of nonconformance reports.
- Knowledge of SAP, AWS D1.1, SSPC, MBMA, AISC tolerances.
- Maintaining the company Master Planning Database for the Projects by collecting all the relevant information required about multiple projects on a regular basis.
- Prepare and maintain Engineering, Production, and Shipment Plans.
- Raise timely orders for job specific items as per the Master Planning Database
- Maintain proper inventory levels based on current inventory, historical/future usage, and forecast demand for the Raw Materials
- Work closely with purchasing organization to assure on time delivery of Raw Materials, Accessories, and Job Specific items to the Manufacturing.
- Analyse and report backlog
- Generate reports for the management as and when required.
- Knowledge of types & grades of steel raw material used in metal buildings ( HR Plates and Coils, GI Coils, PPGL and PPGI)
