Required Recruitment/HR Officer Immediately
United Projects for Aviation Services K.S.C.P. (UPAC) is seeking a qualified Recruitment/HR Officer to join our HR Department.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, particularly for technical blue-collar roles.
- Proven experience in payroll, talent acquisition, and other administrative duties.
- Practical knowledge of the Kuwait Labor Law (2010).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems, preferably Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong command of English and the ability to communicate in basic Arabic.
- Preference: Indian male candidates who are available to join immediately are preferred.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في التوظيف، وخاصةً في الأدوار الفنية للعمالة اليدوية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الرواتب واكتساب المواهب وغيرها من المهام الإدارية.
- معرفة عملية بقانون العمل الكويتي (2010).
- خبرة عملية في أنظمة الموارد البشرية، ويفضل نظام Oracle.
- إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Outlook، Excel، Word، PowerPoint، إلخ).
- إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية والقدرة على التواصل باللغة العربية الأساسية.
- الأفضلية: يفضل الذكور من الجنسية الهندية المتاحين للانضمام فوراً.
