We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales/Business Development for a full-time role in Kuwait.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Understand client needs and tailor media production solutions accordingly.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections.
Manage various projects, develop business strategies, and identify new opportunities.
Apply analytical skills and conduct market research.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development and client management.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management (preferably in media production or creative services).
Strong understanding of the media production landscape in Kuwait and the Gulf region.
Smart, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Experience in lead generation.
