Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at CREW Kuwait in Shuwaikh. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representative and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
