WE ARE HIRING

Position: Sales Supervisor – Retail Key Account

FNC is searching for a dynamic, energetic, and well-connected Sales Executive for our growing Retail Key Account Division in Kuwait.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales activities and involved in respective sales segments for the company.
• Develop the KEY ACCOUNT channel focusing on the retail sector.
• Manage all trade accounts receivables and proactively monitor A/R aging.
• Identify and secure new clients while yielding existing clients to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Analyze market needs and trends to identify and deliver strategies supporting the company’s business development plan.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to support potential and existing clients.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs as set and agreed by senior management.
• Provide weekly reports on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of efforts.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in the Retail Key Account Channel.
• Ability to work independently and professionally while being a good team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outspoken, cheerful, and dynamic character with a positive working attitude.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels and possess strong communication skills.
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive.
• Must be a team player.

• Valid KID.
• Driver’s License.

• الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من معرفة المنتج والخدمة لتسهيل الدعم للعملاء المحتملين والحاليين.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية كما هو محدد ومتفق عليه من قبل الإدارة العليا.
• تقديم تقارير أسبوعية عن جميع أنشطة المبيعات لمراقبة نجاح وفعالية الجهود.
• تنفيذ أي مهام إضافية حسب التوجيهات.

• خبرة مثبتة في قناة الحسابات الرئيسية بالتجزئة.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وبشكل مهني مع أن تكون لاعبًا جيدًا في الفريق.
• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية جيدة.
• شخصية منفتحة ومبتهجة وديناميكية مع موقف عمل إيجابي.
• القدرة على التفاعل مع الأشخاص من جميع المستويات وامتلاك مهارات تواصل قوية.
• استباقي مع شعور قوي بالمسؤولية ونتيجة محورية.
• متحفز ذاتيًا، مجتهد، وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل مع دافع قوي للمبيعات.
