- Works with Section Managers, Co-Merchandisers and other Sales team Members to execute product display plans, ranges, movement including ordering, re-ordering, re-filling, etc. at Traditional Trade Channel.
- Ensures availability of products/items with sufficient quantities and proper stocking/arrangement on the shelves
- Ensures proper attendance to facilitate order deliveries to customers warehouses and supermarket place including all related documents/invoices clearance
- Monitors item movement such as in-store transfers, stock leveling, mark-ups, mark-downs, deletion, aging items, return-to-supplier, receiving and dispatching, etc.
- Reports and solves with Line Manager any discrepancies on item pricing, inventory, system error, etc.
- 1- Handles orders for goods and services.
- 2- Take order slip to stockroom or distribution center and locate them.
- 3- Pick Merchandise from warehouse shelves.
- 4- Pack merchandise and ensure it will not break, by including bubble wrap, foam and stuffing.
- 5- Check inventory to ensure that the order can be fulfilled.
- 6- Notify staff if inventory is low.
- 7- Place shipping labels on boxes.
- 8- Ensure the customer information is correct on the labels.
- 9- Arrange for shipping and have the package picked up.
- 10- Keep track of inventory and shipments.
- 11- Work with the warehouse team to arrange inventory and pull from shelves.

- Perform General Ledger reconciliation with sub ledgers (all subsidiary accounts and records will be reconciled to the General Ledger) on monthly and annual basis.
- Inform and follow-up with the Manager – Finance on reconciliation activities between the General Ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers, in addition to recording all adjusting, closing and reversing entries to attain reconciliation in such cases (after obtaining the approval of the Manager – Finance).
- Ensure timely posting of sub-ledgers and all period end transactions in accordance with the month end closing procedures.
