We are hiring Sales Design Supervisor.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Properly receives customers interested in our products (tiles, sanitary ware, kitchens, appliances, wardrobes, accessories, etc.)
- Identify and research customer needs to develop relevant product designs and applications to meet these needs.
- Arranges for the initial preparedness assessment of the customer’s site, taking measurements and apturing the electromechanical status of the site.
- Prepare the final design that meets all clients’ needs using Casabella approved design tools.
- Create/Approve a final order quote.
- Setting correct customer expectations regarding contract terms and conditions as well as delivery and installation services and associated schedule.
- Preparing the sales contract and having it signed by the customer to close the deal.
- Submitting sales requests in coordination with the technical office of the Wood Department.
- Focuses on achieving assigned sales goals.
- Create customer awareness of Casabella’s services and products to increase cross-selling opportunities.
- Properly feeds and utilizes Casabella ERP, pre-sales and design applications and tools in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain communications in a collaborative and professional manner with all levels of employees and customers using established guidelines.
- Participates in providing inputs that may lead to the development of new products, modification of existing products, and termination of ineffective products.
- Creativity, originality and resourcefulness.

- Commercial Intelligence (CI) is the process of defining, gathering, analyzing, distributing accurate, and relevant intelligence regarding the products, customers, competitors, business environment, and the organization itself.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. etc.)
- Possesses a keen eye for details.
- Strong sales and analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs and project requirements.
- Can create and install/or oversee the installation of interior designs using a variety of styles, colors, textures, materials, furnishings, etc. to bring aesthetic harmony, form and function to a space.
- Strong organizational, time and project management skills.
- Comfortable with multitasking and working on several projects/priorities at a time.
- Ability to solve problems and execute plans effectively.
- Sketching, visual design and computational abilities.
- Experience using design software. (e.g. Metron, 3DMax, etc.)
