Job Title: LV Hardware Repair Technician
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled LV Hardware Repair Technician to join our team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining low-voltage systems and hardware, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues in low-voltage systems, such as CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and audio/video systems.
- Identify and replace damaged components on circuit boards, ensuring proper device functionality post-repair.
- Perform hardware repairs and system maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service history.
- Collaborate with the installation team for system upgrades or replacements.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in low-voltage systems and hardware repair.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Offer technical training and support to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
