Job Title: Senior Business Applications Engineer

Role Overview
As a Senior Business Applications Engineer, you will take charge of designing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Supply Chain, CRM, HRMS, and PowerApps solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise to streamline operations, drive productivity, and ensure seamless system integrations. This role requires close collaboration with internal departments, project stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that the systems align with both functional and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems, including POS, third-party vendors, applications, software, and websites.
- Develop and implement components, functions, plugins, workflows, and integrations using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather functional and system requirements, supporting the planning and implementation of new and existing platforms.
- Coordinate system-related projects, ensuring technical specifications are met by working closely with partners and vendors.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for ERP systems and related applications.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing technical challenges through testing and debugging.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all platforms and systems.
Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business application integration and development.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O + CRM) development and integration.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Data Management, SSAS, SSRS, MSSQL, and .NET Framework.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as OData, REST.API, Git, DevOps, JSON, WSDL (SOAP), XML, and Metadata.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills Required
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues with effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
