I am looking for a Head of Finance e-Commerce in Kuwait City. The role will involve overseeing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, financial reporting, and budgeting on a day-to-day basis.

• Business Reporting with detailed Unit Economic analysis, Root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Leading the monthly financial close process for the Zones
• Work closely with the business team, sales, operations, and account management teams to ensure business goals and financial targets are achieved.
• Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
• Experience in the preparation of various Monthly and Quarterly Management reports, MIS, Budgets, etc.
• Develop and manage the team, including mentoring and coaching.
• Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting for Business Operations.
• Continually improving Internal processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations including handling of audits and inspections.
• High levels of initiative with the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities

• Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in Finance
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Relevant finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) would be a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Relevant Industry: Start-up or E-commerce industry
• ERP knowledge ( Navision & Oracle is good to have )
