• You hold a BA degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, providing a strong foundation in the field
• You have extensive experience and proven knowledge within the relevant field and customer segment
• You bring proven experience in people management, agile methodologies, adapting to dynamic needs and encouraging iterative improvements
• You embrace an empowering and enabling role, coaching others towards their potential and reinforcing a collaborative culture

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in Compliance, ideally with experience in system management
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven experience in training, and demonstrate high personal integrity when handling confidential information
• You bring strong organizational skills, strategic agility, and experience working within commercial and medical environments
• You have led others, either directly or indirectly, and are skilled in resolving complex issues within a matrix organization

• You are solutions-oriented, with strong analytical skills and sound judgment, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and setting priorities for execution
