Job Vacancy: Material Planner
Location: Kuwait – Local Hiring
Educational Qualification:
Suitable Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in a similar role.
Reporting To:
Senior Production Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Warehouse, maintenance divisions, field crews, and other sections to plan material requirements.
- Manage and control inventory, raise material requests, and develop procurement processes to fulfill material needs for ongoing maintenance, operations, and projects.
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing materials from POD warehouses located at multiple locations.
Skills and Requirements:
- Good knowledge of procurement and material specifications used in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التواصل مع المستودع وأقسام الصيانة والفرق الميدانية والأقسام الأخرى لتخطيط متطلبات المواد.
- إدارة والتحكم في المخزون، ورفع طلبات المواد، وتطوير عمليات الشراء لتلبية احتياجات المواد للصيانة المستمرة والعمليات والمشاريع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات لجميع المواد الواردة والصادرة من مستودعات POD الموجودة في مواقع متعددة.
المهارات والمتطلبات:
- معرفة جيدة بمواصفات الشراء والمواد المستخدمة في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- إتقان برامج MS Project/Primavera، وMS Excel، وMS Word، وMS Outlook.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
