Job Overview:
This role involves attracting and identifying new suppliers to join our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidates should have experience in supplier acquisition, sales strategy development, and eCommerce sales. The main responsibilities include:
- Supplier Acquisition: Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard potential suppliers to partner with our eCommerce platform.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow the number of suppliers on the platform, driving revenue growth and expanding product offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in eCommerce sales, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic & English.
- Candidates must be based in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
Mobile App Developer
We are also hiring for the position of Mobile App Developer.
Job Overview:
The role involves maintaining mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and compatible with the latest software updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with hybrid app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Candidates must be based in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.

- اكتساب الموردين: تحديد الموردين المحتملين والتواصل معهم وإلحاقهم بمنصتنا الإلكترونية.
- تطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لزيادة عدد الموردين على المنصة وتعزيز النمو في الإيرادات وتوسيع عروض المنتجات.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات التجارة الإلكترونية، ويفضل في دور إشرافي أو قيادي.
- فهم قوي لمنصات التجارة الإلكترونية وإدارة الموردين.
- مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- التوظيف من داخل الكويت بفيزا قابلة للتحويل.

يشمل هذا الدور الحفاظ على تطبيقات الأجهزة المحمولة لكل من منصتي Android وiOS، مع ضمان كونها سهلة الاستخدام، وفعالة، ومتوافقة مع أحدث التحديثات البرمجية.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير التطبيقات.
- إتقان قوي لـ Kotlin و Java.
- خبرة مع RESTful APIs والمكتبات الخارجية.
- الإلمام بإطارات تطوير التطبيقات وتصاميمها.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- الخبرة في تطوير التطبيقات الهجينة (مثل React Native و Flutter) ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام بأدوات وممارسات CI/CD.
- التوظيف من داخل الكويت بفيزا قابلة للتحويل.
