- Preparing and Reviewing project contractors’ agreements
- Preparing and Following the project schedules
- Project drawings coordination and match them, and ensure their integrity and approval by the project owner
- Reviewing and coordinating services drawings (electricity – plumbing – air conditioning – ventilation -……) and coordinating to make the necessary amendments to match the site.
- Solve problems that arise during project implementation.
- Preparing the reports form (by specialized program)and following the daily and weekly reports with the site engineers
- Regular visits to project sites to follow up on the progress and site engineers
- Team building and development of coordination, communication, and site skills
- Develop a project management manual in which scopes and management tasks and clearly described
- Overall development of the projects management department
Position Overview:
- Good 3D visualizers can think creatively about the use of space, color, and movement and will draw on other artistic mediums for creative inspiration.
- They will also be expected to effectively communicate their design ideas through graphical and textual mediums.
- Working with AutoCAD with ease.
- Good experience in residential villas.
- good knowledge on-site execution details and material and components
- Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to read and write Arabic.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent in Microsoft office, excel, printing orders.
- Architects should have a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Possessing excellent people skills to work with both colleagues and clients
- Possessing excellent creative input to develop and design concepts
- Good technical knowledge and ability to develop accurate technical drawings
- Good knowledge of materials, techniques, and innovations related to architecture and design
- Experience in interior design is a plus
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills are a must
- Autonomous, accurate, and organized candidates
- Good writing and communication skills in English and Arabic language
- Revit knowledge is expected
