•  Proficiency in English, Arabic and French are mandatory 
•  Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant departments 
•  Experience in ITO & OTR in a similar industry 
•  Minimum 6 years working experience as a Technical Lead 
•  Experience in customer relationship management, project implementation and technical analysis 
•  Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills 

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
