- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or M. SC Degree
- Minimum five years of experience in the middle east and PMC type contract.
- Must possess at least one of the following internationally recognized HSE qualification by a reputable professional association: NEBOSH, iDipOSH, iDipNEBOSH, iEnvDipNEBOSH, iCertOSH, iDipNEBOSH, CSP, ASP, CRSP, CMIOSH, GSP, CEP,CIH,QEP,CSM, Advanced Diploma in Industrial safety (ADIS) or equivalent.
- Must possess at least one of the following HSE certifications (Certified courses) in General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ASSE Certification in global Safety Management or Equivalent courses.
- Shall have practical experience in manning HSE / QAQC in projects. Must be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations, and norms.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and proven track record of successful project management.
- Must be experienced in managing HSE/QA/QC Discipline engineers. Experienced with implementing ISO 9000 and 14000 Series and International Standards relevant to Oil & Gas Industry.
- 20+ Total Minimum Experience in Years.
- 10+ Total Minimum Experience in Oil & Gas/refinery/petrochemical Industry in Years.
- 5 years Minimum experience in related designation / specialty.
