As a Secretary at Trinity, you will play a vital role in supporting our team’s operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer calls, take messages, and provide general administrative support.
- Perform data entry, recording, filing, and organizing documents efficiently.
- Assist the Executive Secretary with various tasks as needed.
- Place online orders and create shipments.
- Provide technical assistance with computer and printer issues.
- Greet and guide visitors to their desired destinations within the company.
المسؤوليات:
- الرد على المكالمات وتحويلها، وتدوين الرسائل، وتقديم الدعم الإداري العام.
- إجراء إدخال البيانات، والتسجيل، وحفظ الملفات، وتنظيم الوثائق بشكل فعال.
- مساعدة الأمين التنفيذي في المهام المختلفة حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء الطلبات عبر الإنترنت وإنشاء الشحنات.
- تقديم المساعدة التقنية مع مشاكل الكمبيوتر والطابعة.
- استقبال الزوار وإرشادهم إلى وجهاتهم داخل الشركة.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Office Administration, Business Administration).
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (مثل إدارة المكاتب، إدارة الأعمال).
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

- إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook، OneDrive).

- خبرة لا تقل عن عامين في العمل في مجال ذي صلة.
