Call Center Agent

About the Job

Assist the department with customer needs and complaints. Book and follow up on the delivery and pick-up of shipments.

Responsibilities

1. Arrange booking and tracking of shipments.
2. Follow up on shipment collection and delivery processes.
3. Attend to customer complaints and requests.
4. Receive inbound calls to handle customer queries, complaints, and requests.
5. Communicate and coordinate with other departments and team members regarding customer shipment concerns.
6. Make outbound calls.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions.
• Technological acumen and job knowledge.
• Proven logistics and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of ZOHO and CRM systems.

مساعدة القسم في احتياجات العملاء والشكاوى. حجز ومتابعة توصيل واستلام الشحنات.

المسؤوليات

1. تنظيم حجز وتتبع الشحنات.
2. متابعة عمليات جمع الشحنات والتوصيل.
3. التعامل مع شكاوى وطلبات العملاء.
4. استلام المكالمات الواردة للتعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى وطلبات العملاء.
5. التواصل والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى وأعضاء الفريق بشأن قضايا شحنات العملاء.
6. إجراء المكالمات الصادرة.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو اللوجستيات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
• القدرة على الاستماع للعملاء والتفاوض حول الحلول.
• معرفة تكنولوجية ومهنية في الوظيفة.
• خبرة مثبتة في اللوجستيات وخدمة العملاء.
• معرفة بأنظمة ZOHO وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
