Position Overview
Based in Kuwait, we are currently seeking a:
Showroom Coordinator
(Kuwait)
Provide excellent service to showroom clients and professionally promote all types of products.
Key Tasks
- Promote and sell BanoPuratos’ products to walk-in customers.
- Provide sales and administrative support, including taking customers’ orders, following up on transactions, and invoicing sales orders.
- Provide support to the sales department and customers during the sales process.
- Help walk-in customers resolve sales-related issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the showroom’s inventory and transfers.
- Request needed/missing products for the showroom.
- Handle mail and liaise with courier companies for external mail.
- Communicate with the procurement and warehouse departments to request necessary goods from different suppliers.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
Job Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of the products and markets.

المهام الرئيسية
- ترويج وبيع منتجات BanoPuratos للعملاء في صالة العرض.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري والمبيعات، بما في ذلك أخذ طلبات العملاء ومتابعة المعاملات وفواتير طلبات البيع.
- تقديم الدعم لقسم المبيعات والعملاء خلال عملية البيع.
- مساعدة العملاء في حل القضايا المتعلقة بالمبيعات بسرعة.
- ضمان مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء.
- إدارة مخزون صالة العرض والتحويلات.
- طلب المنتجات اللازمة/المفقودة لصالة العرض.
- التعامل مع البريد والتواصل مع شركات الشحن للبريد الخارجي.
- التواصل مع قسم المشتريات بالتنسيق مع قسم المستودعات لتحديد السلع اللازمة من الموردين المختلفين.
- الرد على شكاوى العملاء وتقديم الدعم بعد البيع عند الحاجة.
الملف الشخصي للوظيفة
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- 2 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
- معرفة مبادئ المبيعات وخدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على تطوير معرفة عميقة بالمنتجات والأسواق.

- القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة.
- مهارات اتصال وعرض قوية.
- الوعي باتجاهات وتقنيات المبيعات.
- مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم.
