1- Process Automation Engineer

  • The Process Automation Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the engineering team and ensuring that all process automation systems are operating efficiently;
  • The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in petrochemical, refinery or fertilizer plants with control system and shutdown system implementation experience;
  • Additionally, they should have hands-on DCS (Honeywell) software implementation and hardware troubleshooting experience as well as good knowledge and experience on machinery turbo control solutions;
  • They should also have experience on process control network / architecture and field instrumentation.

2- Maintenance Planner

Skills

  • Visualizing basic process equipment;
  • Computer skills in M.S Office;
  • Proficiency in IVPP to retrieve data;
  • Develop a Job Package;
  • Develop/manage archived plans and templates;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in use in to find all relevant information like procedures, specifications etc;
  • Recognize safety needs;
  • Recognize deviations from Most Effective Technology and recommend improvements.

4- Rotating Equipment Technician (Maintenance)

  • As a Rotating Equipment Technician (Maintenance), you will be responsible for the maintenance of rotary equipment in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry. You should have knowledge of the safety standards and requirements for performing any maintenance activity in petrochemical industries. You should also have hands-on experience in overhauling, troubleshooting, and maintaining rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and blowers. You should be skilled in using mechanical measuring instruments, coupling types, and alignment of rotating equipment using reverse indicator and laser devices. Additionally, you should be able to read equipment technical drawings and manuals and prepare a list of spare parts, special tools, and consumable materials required for maintenance activities. You should have basic computer skills to prepare reports in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • The Materials Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Reviewing and evaluating materials used in refinery projects;
  • Assessing the quality of materials used in refinery projects;
  • Ensuring that all materials meet safety standards and regulations;
  • Developing strategies to improve the efficiency of material procurement processes;
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials;
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments and trends;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

About this role

  • The Grinder Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines to shape, sharpen and polish metal parts. They must be able to interpret technical drawings, set up the grinding machines and adjust the cutting tools to achieve desired results. The Grinder Operator must also be knowledgeable in the safe use of the grinding machines and must possess a good understanding of the principles of grinding, such as angles, speed, pressure and feed rate. They must also be able to record and maintain accurate production records and ensure that the machines are kept in good working order.

7- Instrument Maintenance Engineer

  • The Instrument Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
  • Supervising on-line testing, modifications, and construction activities, especially those of a complex nature;
  • Reviewing and commenting on designs, drawings, and specifications;
  • Recommending improvements for operating conditions and work procedures/standards;
  • Personally performing maintenance tasks on sophisticated instrument equipment/systems;
  • Handling special or non-routine assignments.

About this role

  • The Field Engineer will be responsible for executing completions and packer installations efficiently and safely;
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.

9- Fracturing Equipment Supervisor

  • The Fracturing Equipment Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the fracturing equipment and personnel onsite;
  • The supervisor will ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards and regulations, and that all personnel are properly trained and equipped;
  • The supervisor will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues with the equipment, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.

10- Maintenance Engineer/Reliability Engineer

  • The Maintenance Engineer/Reliability Engineer will be responsible for advanced trouble shooting, identifying and resolving chronic issues. They will also be expected to perform Reliability Engineering analysis such as RCA, FMEA, RCM, MTBF/M, WEIBULL, PLA, RCI, Bad Actor etc. Additionally they will need to develop equipment reliability strategies with failure mode, failure definition, spare part identification and CBM/PM requirements. Experience in overhaul of the rotating equipment is also required as well as knowledge of SAP and other Asset Performance tools like RCM and FMEA. Experience in Meridium is an added advantage. The Maintenance Engineer/Reliability Engineer must also have the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and spare parts identification and optimization as well as provide hands-on training to young engineers. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.

  • standards. Additionally, they will coordinate and participate in the
  • prioritization process of periodic technology improvements, upgrades, testing
  • or any high value supported improvement opportunities to enhance maintenance activities and reliability.

12- Telecom Reporting Analyst

About this role

  • The Telecom Reporting Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports on telecom operations and performance, using SQL to extract and analyze data, collaborating with teams to ensure data accuracy and gather business requirements, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, and delivering timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.

13- Process Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; 6 years’ experience minimum experience in Operational Planning, Operations and Process Engineering in refinery; Good knowledge on Linear Programming (LP) models, economics and marketing of crude oil and petroleum products; Understanding of HC Supply Chain Process and Economic & Extensive Knowledge and use of LP model (PIMS); Knowledge of Refinery Processes.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in English: Intermediate;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & MS Office: Intermediate;
  • Presentation Skills: Intermediate;
  • Understanding in SAP, IVPP, and PI System.
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrument Engineering;
  • Min 10 years of experience in petrochemical, refinery or fertilizer plants;
  • Knowledge on On line process analyzers ,Gas detection systems and communication network of analyzers;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & MS Office;
  • Presentation Skills.

16- Reservoir Project Manager

About this role

  • The Reservoir Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Subsurface Study Team to ensure successful delivery of project objectives and timelines;
  • The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to carbonate reservoirs, ensuring optimal strategies for field development and production enhancement;
  • Additionally, the Reservoir Project Manager will collaborate with geoscientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate subsurface data and analysis into actionable development plans; develop and implement production optimization plans that maximize reservoir performance; manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources; prepare detailed reports; ensure compliance with industry standards; drive continuous improvement in project management processes; and more.

17- Fracturing Equipment Operator

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience operating fracturing equipment;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
