Role Overview:
Grey Wolf Drilling International Ltd., a subsidiary of Precision Drilling, is seeking experienced and safety-driven Drillers to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing drilling systems, directing crew activities, maintaining daily well logs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor drilling systems in line with company guidelines.
- Supervise the daily activities of the drill crew and manage rig moves.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of well activities, equipment, and incidents.
- Conduct regular safety drills and ensure proper well control equipment setup.
- Lead pre-tour meetings and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in safety inspections and meetings following company policies.
- Completion of post-secondary education.
- Minimum of 7 years of oil and gas drilling experience, with 2 years in a Driller position.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Current IWCF or valid well control certification.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage personnel and build strong customer relationships.
- Preference for candidates with Amphion experience.

تبحث شركة جري وولف للحفر الدولية المحدودة، التابعة لشركة Precision Drilling، عن حفارين ذوي خبرة ومهتمين بالسلامة للانضمام إلى عملياتها في المملكة العربية السعودية. تشمل المهام الإشراف على أنظمة الحفر، توجيه أنشطة الطاقم، الحفاظ على سجلات الآبار اليومية، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تشغيل ومراقبة أنظمة الحفر بما يتماشى مع إرشادات الشركة.
- الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية لفريق الحفر وإدارة تحركات الحفارات.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات يومية مفصلة لأنشطة الآبار والمعدات والحوادث.
- إجراء تدريبات السلامة الدورية وضمان الإعداد الصحيح لمعدات التحكم في الآبار.
- قيادة الاجتماعات التمهيدية وضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة.
- المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والاجتماعات الخاصة بالسلامة وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
- إتمام التعليم بعد المرحلة الثانوية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في حفر آبار النفط والغاز، مع سنتين في منصب الحفار.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- شهادة IWCF سارية أو شهادة أخرى للتحكم في الآبار.
- مهارات قيادية واتصالية مثبتة.
- القدرة على إدارة الأفراد وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- يُفضل وجود خبرة في نظام Amphion.
