IT Technician
Job Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Resolving network issues
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Replacing or repairing necessary parts
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
- Managing multiple cases at one time
- Testing and evaluating new technologies
- Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to KD 250.000 per month

- تقديم الدعم في شكل توثيق الإجراءات
- إدارة الحالات المتعددة في نفس الوقت
- اختبار وتقييم التقنيات الجديدة
- إجراء فحوصات السلامة الكهربائية على المعدات
المتطلبات:
- درجة علمية في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات في Microsoft، Linux أو Cisco
- خبرة سابقة في دعم التكنولوجيا أو دعم سطح المكتب أو دور مشابه
- خبرة في استخدام تطبيقات سطح المكتب عن بُعد وبرامج مكتب المساعدة
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
الراتب: يصل إلى 250 دينار كويتي شهرياً
